Innovative POD trailer production
All our trailer tubs are produced using rotational moulding, a modern method of manufacturing extremely durable and robust products. The process involves using a low-density polyethylene powder that is poured into a single mould and placed into an oven; once in the oven the entire mould rotates on a multi axis at a specific speed.
The oven causes the powder to melt and the rotation enables the molten powder to fill the mould evenly to produce an extremely durable, one-piece plastic tub with high impact resistance. Not only does this process guarantee a consistent and quality finished product, this gives the trailer its lightweight and rustproof properties.
