I would highly recommend the Trailmaster Pioneer Active Pod and would like to say thank you Louis for making all of my request for extra items added to the trailer come true. We are very happy with our Trailmaster trailer and are looking forward to many more adventures.

I purchased a pioneer trailer from Trailmaster and went with the hard core version with real off road capability. I am very impressed with it. The quality of the build is exceptional and it will go anywhere. It fits everything we need for a decent week away. It is also light so you barely notice it on the back of the car. Ian provides outstanding service - both pre and post sale. I added a rack to the back to carry a dirtbike (made by Carasel Towbars at Seven Hills) and bike racks to the front for the kids’ bikes. This requires a dual hitch to be added to the back and single hitch at the front. Ian can sort all of this.

I bought a trailer 10 months ago and had a few little hiccups, Louis and Ian have been amazing with their after sales service, they go above and beyond to help.

The team at trailmaster are fantastic to deal with. When I picked up the trailer the team went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I could get the trailer home safely. Ian and Louis also spent countless hours with me over the phone post delivery to help me with a solution to install my RTT and awning. The trailer itself is amazing and has worked flawlessly. Very happy with the whole experience!

We purchased our Pioneer ACTIVE POD trailer from Trailmaster Industries last year and have been on several camping and road trips. Ian Allpress has always been very helpful by arranging an inspection of the trailer in NSW, with several specification revisions, and by providing exceptional after sales service. Demand for the trailer meant that we were given a six month lead time. The trailer was delivered to Sydney on time and we had it registered in NSW without any problems. Following a major road trip the latches securing the lid of the trailer failed due to metal fatigue. Ian immediately sent a replacement pair. Last weekend I broke a small press-fit component for the pneumatic suspension. The fault was mine, but Ian again, in record time, had a replacement part in the mail at no cost to me. It is very pleasing to have that level of service from Trailmaster Industries.

Very happy with the purchase of our new Active Pod trailer from Trailmaster! Still havent had the chance to put it to the test properly as yet....in the meantime the kids are enjoying their new mobile playpen in the shed. Customer service exceeded expectation even when making last minute upgrades. Thanks Louis and Macca for going out of your way and delivering after hours on a weekend..... Bit disappointed that you didn't stay and help us do stocktake! 😉

Amazing trailer and first-class customer service. Louis was amazing to work with, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my trailer and accessories. Louis followed up a few weeks after the hand over of the trailer to check if I had any issues. There weren't. If you're after a trailer that is lightweight and super easy to tow it has to be the TrailerMaster Active Pod Trailer. Thanks to Louis and the team for an amazing trailer.

I recently acquired a Trailmaster Discovery to help support our family travelling to and camping at a variety of cycling events. While we purchased this trailer second hand and unused in a private sale, we still required some accessory support and Ian at Trailmaster couldn't be more helpful in assisting! With the rear tow hitch installed our Single Trail 5-bike vertical rack fits perfectly, and keeps the drawbar and racks free for extra storage. A close family member had owned an alternative brand pod trailer for several years, which we were able to see in use and even borrow occasionally. While it too was a great quality piece of kit, the extra storage space in the Trailmaster was the key deciding factor for us. Having several kiddos pack up time can be stressful. The larger tub allows us to throw gear like our inflatable sleeping mats in without rolling them up at all, meaning our packup times are far quicker and we can hit the road sooner with less tears and tantrums! The front tub is a little smaller than the competing brand, but this is more than made up for with the extra space in the main compartment. That being said it still has plenty of space, which enabled me to neatly install 2 x 100ah Lithium batteries, MPPT charger, a 1500w Inverter and all of the expected breakers & cabling with plenty of room left over for other storage, or easily 500ah of Lithium if I truly wanted to go crazy! We're super happy with our setup and looking forward to many years of use!
