From the moment I contacted Trailmaster I was impressed. The high level of service, a commitment to making the process easy and genuine care that I got the right product was outstanding. The Trialmaster team guided me through their range of accessories pointing out the various benefits of each not the slightest 'salesy' approach, to make sure I got exactly what suited my situation. When I picked up the trailer the experience was just as good, the team were very friendly and showed me around the trailer taking the time to make sure I understood how to use it to the fullest. Since then we have been out on multiple trips and the overriding comment I have to make about the product is it's outstanding quality. Every area of the trailer has been thoroughly thought through and built with a quality that is rare and perfectly suited to Australian conditions. We like to get out a lot and the trailer has been awesome to carry all our gear in a neat organized way to make the most of every trip. We opted for the air suspension on the Pioneer and it rides like a dream whatever the track. Sure turns some heads as well. Great company, great product.

Trailmaster active pod pioneer. We are very happy with the trailer and service. The service was very outstanding right from the start and Ian was very helpful all the way through the process nothing was any trouble. The trailer is what we have been looking for, to carry our camping gear securely We have yet to go away with the trailer it is already packed for our next adventure which we hope before Christmas. The quality of the trailer is well above our expectations and is easy to tow and very well priced.

Both quality of product and level of service is outstanding!! Had been looking at podtrailers for a long time and am very happy with my choice. Upon arrival I packed it with all my camping gear, put my roof tent on top and took it over the Blue Mountains and back with no noticable increase in petrol consumption - very impressed. Ian and his team comes highly recommended!

A top investment for anyone that loves BBQ's and also needs space to tow the kayak and bikes around as well. Tows really well, would hardly know its on the back. The galvanized frame and tough tub & lid gives me confidence that we'll still be getting good use out of it in 10 years time. Was worth getting the extras including gas bottle holder etc as these are being well used and allows more space in the main tub for the very important eskys!!.

It is without hesitation, I rate Trailmaster with 5 Stars for both their exceptional level of customer service throughout the buying process, as well as the level of quality, functionality, and ingenuity in every aspect of their product. I recently took delivery of the ACTIVE POD 'Discovery' model, and it has already become an essential 'take along' to every outing we embark on, as a family. The trailer tows well, and is easy to reverse, given the length of the draw bar. The addition of a hitch for our bicycle carrier, has also already proved to be a brilliant feature for us. The capacity of the POD is amazing, too. No amount of luggage seems too much for its available space. I would highly recommend Ian & his team at Trailmaster, for your next camping style trailer purchase.
