1How do I find out what items are covered under warranty?

The structure of the Trailer is covered in full by our 5-Year Structural Warranty; this covers the welded and galvanised steel structure. All other fixed components including shock absorbers (where fitted), brakes, electrical, tub & lid, and accessories are covered by a 2-year On-Road Warranty.

2Where can warrantable items be assessed and carried out?

Any item which is deemed to be covered by our Warranty must be carried out by an authorised Trailmaster Dealer. Wherever possible please take the POD Trailer to the place of original purchase for assessment.
